Mills especially has shown an outstanding attitude when batting while Canning stole a vital Shell Cup match from Otago at Alexandra earlier this year.Should Otago pick them up early then the chance for a win must be high.Otago started the third day yesterday by picking up the nine runs required to achieve first innings points and went on to achieve a first innings lead of 62.Bowling for Auckland, Chris Drum took three for 60, Brooke Walker three for 64, Kyle Mills one for 69, Andre Adams one for 49, Tama Canning one for 60 and Blair Pocock one for 32 to all share in theOtago spoils.
