The report further states that the teenager joined non-league club Newton Abbot Spurs in March this year and under FIFA's bridge transfer guidelines he will not be allowed to join any other club before completing 16 weeks. United reportedly approached the player and tried to sign him within that period and as a result, the agreement between the two parties is currently being delayed.
